The co-location concept fosters cross-sector exchange and offers exhibitors and visitors a comprehensive overview of current developments across the regional built environment and interior finishing markets.

The South East Asia construction sector reached a market value over USD 538 billion in 2024. Thailand is the second-largest construction market in the ASEAN region with a market volume of around USD 40 billion and an average annual growth rate of five to six percent. Key growth drivers include the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), Smart City initiatives, and the Thai government's BCG (Bio-Circular-Green) economic model. According to forecasts, the ASEAN region will require annual infrastructure investments of over USD 500 billion by 2030. The region also has a mega-project pipeline worth approximately USD 2.9 trillion. This creates strong demand for sustainable building materials, renewable energy systems, and intelligent infrastructure solutions. Thailand leverages its central geographic location and excellent transport connections as a hub for market entry into the entire region.

This new platform strengthens GLOBUS Events’ strategic presence in Thailand, complementing its current regional portfolio which includes Pet Fair Southeast Asia, the region’s leading B2B international pet exhibition and part of Pet Fair Asia Network – GLOBUS’ largest exhibition.
